We warmly invite you to join us for an exciting event where we will explore how to innovate and adapt to the evolving business landscape in smart cities. This event will feature insightful presentations on our key learnings and engaging discussions on focal topics such as data markets, European data regulation, and emerging data ecosystems, with practical examples from the built environment and energy sectors.

In this event we will share our learnings from the DataMust project, which aims to enhance sustainable development through data sharing and data-driven solutions in smart cities. We are excited to launch a guide book that summarizes the key insights from the project. The topics cover technical solutions to support growth of data markets, regulatory landscape relevant to smart cities and value creation opportunities in smart cities. The consortium partners will also present examples of their novel solutions. We encourage the audience to actively participate in the discussions. Don't miss this chance to contribute to the future of smart cities!

DataMust project is a co-innovation project (1.11.2022-28.2.2025), funded by the organizations of the project consortium – VTT, Nokia, Loihde, Sitowise, Cozify, Coba International and nollaE  - and Business Finland. The project is focused on:

  • supporting the growth of data markets by addressing both technological and business challenges,
  • promoting data sharing by creating incentive models to encourage the sharing of dynamic and near real-time data and algorithms across different sectors, and
  • implementing energy-efficient and secure solutions for the built environment.
