VTT QX service description
VTT hosts a 50-qubit superconducting quantum computer, VTT Q50. The quantum computer is open for companies for running and developing their own algorithms.
VTT QX quantum computing service is implemented as a cloud service, providing users access to VTT’s quantum computer. The service is offered without any service level definitions. Users can run quantum circuits, manage their jobs, see previous results and view specific device metrics through VTT's quantum platform.
VTT QX provides user management, project management and access management.

Note: these values have been measured during system approval period and they may change over time.
Financial and contractual constraints
The service is subject to a written contract between VTT and customer. The onboarding process starts upon contract signature and may take some time.
Customer defines named users to access the service, who get access right via email. Additional users can be added later.
Customer can define maximum monthly quota total for all users under customer’s account.
The service is provided “as is”, no SLA is given unless specifically agreed. Service can be unavailable without prior warning any time.
Pricing
Price €0.40 / QPU second. Minimum charge €1,000 / month. All prices are excluding VAT.
Pricing of the service is based on realised computing time in QPU seconds, failed quantum jobs are not counted.
Monthly invoicing based on last month’s realised QPU seconds, with a minimum invoicing per calendar month. Invoicing starts when VTT QX access codes are sent to users.
