University of Oulu and VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland are among the leading healthcare and technology related research organizations in the Northern hemisphere.
With Business Finland’s research funding, several pioneering research initiatives have been undertaken in the past. From 2018 onwards, through Icory project and Stroke-Data project, the research aim in general has been to digitally enhance the patient journeys for the cases like orthopedic and paediatric surgery and stroke patients’ diagnosis and rehabilitation. This seminar will showcase some of the key outcomes, ongoing results, and key learnings related to the process of co-innovating these digital health interventions, even during the pandemic-stricken world.
